Any behavior that deviates from the professionalism of the Therapeutic / Client relationship will be terminated and the client will be responsible for any time booked. We aim treat our clients with the utmost respect, and we request the same integrity in kind. Do not ask our therapists for sexual favors. Do not ask our therapists out for dates. We follow the NM statutes that govern massage therapy.

Office Policies:

  • We promise to arrive sober to your treatment and we anticipate that you do, as well. If you are not sober, you will be turned away as this is a contraindication to massage. You will not be refunded for arriving drunk/high to your appointment.

  • We promise to run our Hepa Air Filter so long as conditions allow. (Acts of God, electrical circuit break and act of Nature notwithstanding)

  • We promise to arrive healthy to the best of our abilities to your appointment. In the event that our therapist experiences a health crisis such as a sudden migraine or other bodily discomfort, we will offer to reschedule you with a different therapist for a different day. You are not responsible for the fee in the event the Therapist has to cancel your appointment due to their medical reasons.

  • We promise to sanitize the linens in accordance with the federal guidelines for public health, this includes sterilizing linens with cleaning agent equal to or equivalent of bleach.

  • We seek to keep our space “heavy perfume free”.

  • Because we often use essential oils in our work in properly diluted amounts, we ask that if you are allergic to, or are sensitive to oils of a certain plant, (such as Pinetree or Sweetgrass), please inform us days before your appointment. Thank you.
